Terms of Service

1. About Forever Little
Forever Little is operated by Forever Little LTD. Our company registration and correspondence details will be added here once confirmed. Contact us at customerservice@foreverlittle.co.uk.
2. The service
You upload a suitable photograph, choose a portrait style and purchase an AI-assisted digital portrait. The photograph is checked before checkout. If it does not meet the service’s basic requirements, you will be asked to provide another photograph and will not be charged for that attempt.
3. Who may order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You may upload a child’s photograph only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have clear permission from that person. You confirm that you have the right to supply every image you upload.
4. Photograph requirements
For the best result, the child’s face should be clear, in focus, well lit and not heavily obscured. Our automatic check helps identify common issues but does not guarantee a particular artistic result.
5. AI-generated results
AI portrait creation is interpretive. We design the process to preserve the child’s recognisable features, but small differences in expression, fine facial detail, clothing and background may occur. Preview examples show the intended standard and style, not a guarantee of an identical composition.
6. Price and payment
The intended launch price is £19 for one high-resolution digital portrait, unless a different price is clearly shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm that portrait creation has started.
7. Delivery
We aim to create the portrait within the timeframe shown at checkout. When it is ready, it will be supplied through a secure download page or link. The current intended download window is approximately 24 hours, so you should save your portrait promptly.
8. Problems, retries and refunds
If our service fails to create or deliver the purchased portrait, or the result has a clear technical defect, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a retry, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Because creation of personalised digital content may begin immediately after payment, the checkout must obtain any acknowledgement required by UK consumer law before launch.
9. Your portrait licence
Once paid for, you may download, print and share the finished portrait for personal, non-commercial use. Forever Little retains rights in its software, branding, templates and service design. Contact us before using a portrait commercially.
10. Unacceptable use
You must not upload an image unlawfully; impersonate another person; attempt to bypass security; use the service to exploit, harm or sexualise a child; or submit material that is abusive, infringing or illegal. We may refuse or stop an order where reasonably necessary for safety, legality or platform security.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how photographs and order information are handled. It forms part of these terms.
12. Service availability and liability
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but internet and third-party services can occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Any further limitation wording will be added only after legal review.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version that applies to an order is the version shown when that order is placed.
