Forever Little (“we”, “us” or “our”) creates AI-assisted portrait artwork from photographs supplied by a parent or legal guardian. We understand that family photographs deserve especially careful handling.

Who is responsible for your information

The data controller is Forever Little LTD, trading as Forever Little. Contact us at customerservice@foreverlittle.co.uk. Our company registration and correspondence details will be added here once confirmed.

Information we collect

  • The photograph you upload and the style you choose.
  • Your email address and basic order information.
  • Payment status and transaction references. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Forever Little.
  • Limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

We use your information to check whether a photograph is suitable, create and deliver the portrait you ordered, take payment, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell family photographs or personal information.

Our legal basis

Most order information is processed because it is necessary to provide the service you requested. Some limited security and service-improvement processing may rely on our legitimate interests. Records may also be retained where the law requires it.

Facial processing: the service analyses and transforms an identifiable child’s photograph to create the requested portrait. We keep this processing limited to fulfilling the order and apply short retention periods and access controls.

Who receives information

We use carefully selected providers to run the service, including our website and hosting providers, Stripe for payments, and AI service providers for photograph checking and portrait creation. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards. A final list of providers and international-transfer safeguards will be added before publication.

Photograph retention

Our intended launch setting is to keep an uploaded source photograph only for the time needed to check it and create the order. The completed portrait is intended to remain available through its secure delivery link for approximately 24 hours. Operational backups, security records or failed jobs may require limited additional retention; exact periods will be confirmed before publication.

Photographs of children

You may upload a child’s photograph only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have clear authority from that person. The service is purchased and operated by adults and is not directed at children.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and short-lived delivery links designed to reduce unnecessary exposure. No online service can promise absolute security, but we limit access and investigate suspected incidents.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain information. Contact customerservice@foreverlittle.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Questions and changes

Contact customerservice@foreverlittle.co.uk with questions. We will update this notice when the service or its providers change and display the new effective date here.
